Jane Moyer is founder and leader of New Century Leadership .  She brings a blend of executive-level corporate management, sales and marketing experience, as well as entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and in-depth training in a broad range of leadership and coaching skills to New Century Leadership.  Individuals from both large and small companies, creative fields, and nonprofit organizations come to her for coaching.

Jane Moyer's mission as a coach, trainer, and consultant is to raise thinking and performance to higher levels.  She coaches individuals and groups to develop capacity, increase productivity, and realize their potential through a combination of effective individual performance and teamwork, more expansive and innovative thinking, and effective relationships.

Prior to founding her own firm in 2004, Jane served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Home Box Office (HBO).  She is also a graduate of Coach U, the largest and most recognized coach training school in the world, and a qualified administrator of a broad range of leadership development assessments.
